I asked someone that worked there, why those 2 machines were turned off except when those 2 people wanted to play them. I thought this was odd but didn't question it, until that afternoon the SAME 2 people were on the machines and they were playing them again. The next day when I went down to the casino to play the same 2 machines were off again. Once they were finished playing (about 1 hour), I did go on the one machine and played and cashed in for a little winnings. Later that day I noticed a lady and gentleman were playing the 2 that had been turned off all day. This time however, I noticed 2 of the only 4 machines of this kind were turned off. There is a particular set of poker machines that I always play and usually have good luck. I play the poker machines or live dealers. I visited with my sister in May 2021 and was very disappointed. I have always loved the excitement, shopping, and dining. I visit Harrah's usually 2-3 times per year.
